3 Public-Private Sector Pay Gap
4 Sycamore Wage/COLA Increase Comparison
5 Types of Wage Increases

The February, 2011 study was sent to each board member (Adamec, Richter, Mercurio, Stauback and Cole) via email. Only one, Mercurio, reviewed the study results in-person with the author. Two indicated that they already knew the information.

 Note:
Ohio’s new collective bargaining law, Senate Bill 5, passed March 30, 2011.

So, overtime we’ll see if the Sycamore spending curve moderates. And, we’ll see if the Sycamore board’s subsequent decisions actually results in greater productivity and efficiency.
